Dense, clump-forming, perennial grass with foxtail-like inflorescenses. Has narrow, mid-green leaves up to 1/2" wide. Tiny white flowers begin blooming in June. Very attractive foxtails last into fall. Miniature variety of the species. Prefers full sun. Moderately drought tolerant.
