Mexican Hat Coneflower
Well-branched, marvelous 15" dwarf specimen. Yellow-edged red petals. Sun and heat resistant, and will self sow. The prominent central cones protrude 1 to 2" above the yellow-edged red petals. The festive flower heads of Ratibida Red Midget resemble the traditional broad-brimmed, high-centered hat worn during Mexican fiestas and bloom late summer into fall. Plant has an open airy growth pattern.
